They are by far the most cost-effective company I've worked with until now. I hired them for a sewer inspection, they got the results to me within a few hours of the inspection when I informed them about a hard time-limit I had for contingency to end. Very easy to work with and efficient at what they do.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing and HVAC is a fantastic company to deal with! My wife and I had a hot water tank and a toilet installed on 3-5-21. The two plumbers that came to do the installation, Jay and Todd were very courteous and answered all my questions during the installation. They did the installation professionally and cleaned up after they were done.

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.

John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!! My home warranty company called these professionals its been over a month and my toilet is still running, the piece that they ordered, they said it would take a week to come and over a month for the piece to come in I had to call them to see if it was in ! Was told i was going to get a call to schedule the appointment to come back out to my house two weeks later still no call ! Every time i talk to this man on the phone he is extremely rude and unprofessional !!!! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired DAP to move the gas meter and relocate some interior lines! he looks a good guy, nice, and good worker! He got the money he asked for, but I didn't get the service I paid for, I found one end of the gas line not capped, when I turned the valve to on position I figured it's uncapped, I ran to Home Depot, got a cap and plugged it myself! After that I still smell gas! Called the natural gas company they came in, tested the line and they found a leak where he fixed it! They turned the service off and locked it until I get it fixed! after many attempts to talk to him he texted me saying that he will come the following day, I waited him, he didn't show up and now he is not responding to my texts and calls! He just ignored me and left me with a very bad quality of work and a sh-ty type of customer service! I don't recommend him.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

As part of our sewage issue from last year, part of our patio had to be replaced this year.
The job has been completed and we are pleased with the results. Harvey and Chad did a great job!!
