Best Leak Detection in Pittsburgh PA

I found a small leak under my water heater and called Ace plumbing. Jerry came out the next morning to have a look and let us know we indeed would need a replacement. He changed the water heater 45 minutes later. Jerry was great! Super friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend to all in need of a plumber.

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Serviceman was fine...but unnecessary. While he started his examination I noticed the plug was not fully engaged. Pushed it in and all was good. Had to pay anyway...tough lesson to learn.

Despite their name, Professional Plumbing and Heating is the most unprofessional outfit I've ever encountered. Poor customer service and poor quality work. I've used this company three times and each time required another plumber to come a fix their shoddy workmanship. When confronted with my complaints I was threatened with a lawsuit and had my manliness questioned. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again.
