He was on time, professional, friendly, and fairly priced. He also explained what he was doing/did which is something I value highly in the service industry. Needless to say, i found my go-to plumber from now on.

I usually do not write reviews but since there are a lot of bad companies out there, I felt compelled to tell of our experience with K-Plumbing. They answered on the first call and were very polite. I had an assessment set up for the next day. They arrived promptly within the scheduled hour block. The gentlemen were very professional and gave me all options. I chose a 40 gallon tank, which to my sheer delight was delivered within an hour of my decision to get a new water heater. From arrival to completion, it was only a little over 3 hours. And the best part was they did not bring a cheap water heater for installation, but a top of the line product. I could not be happier with my choice to use this company. Thanks again for a job well done.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently hired Orion as my usual plumber was too booked but he recommended using them. Our 100 yr+ plus old cast iron stack pipe finally cracked and leaked. Orion came same day as called for an estimate and review, and was back the following morning to do all the necessary work, and didnt leave until completed, tested, and cleaned up afterwards. Service was affordable compared to more widely advertised plumbers, with all work satisfactorily done, with any emerging issues explained and resolved - you start working on a house like ours, you're gonna encounter things you didn't expect. Highly recommended and would use again!

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Chris was very pleasant to work with. He told us exactly how it was without beating around the bush. He took his time explaining the issue and gave us suggestions for future insurance coverage in case something else happens with our old pipe. Would definitely recommend

I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

I called this Monday after 3:00 p.m. and in less than 24-hours, a repair was made. Great response time to my call, great service, great tech. Thank you Jeff, Gary & Adam. We’ll definitely be using you as our plumber.

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.
