Best Gas Line Service in Pittsburgh PA

I usually do not write reviews but since there are a lot of bad companies out there, I felt compelled to tell of our experience with K-Plumbing. They answered on the first call and were very polite. I had an assessment set up for the next day. They arrived promptly within the scheduled hour block. The gentlemen were very professional and gave me all options. I chose a 40 gallon tank, which to my sheer delight was delivered within an hour of my decision to get a new water heater. From arrival to completion, it was only a little over 3 hours. And the best part was they did not bring a cheap water heater for installation, but a top of the line product. I could not be happier with my choice to use this company. Thanks again for a job well done.

His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he patiently listened to my concerns regarding the performance of my air conditioning system. Kelly displayed an impressive level of expertise and was able to explain complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Kelly took the time to educate me on proper maintenance practices and provided valuable tips to maximize the efficiency and lifespan of my air conditioning system. The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

I completed a short notice contact through Angie’s List. Which lead me in contact with this plumbing co. I received an
assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional courteous and respectful of the kitchen area. He went as far as to explain what all was done and what should not happen going forward. I was very pleased & impressed!

Well I was having problems with my sink and called Gillece. Came out the next day and Ed Stamerra came to take a look. When he opened the door to our basement he said that he smelled gas!! Went to get his meter and we had a major leak at the service line and multiple smaller leaks throughout the basement. He immediately told us to call the gas company to turn off the gas. Gas company came within 15 minutes. Ed spoke to the gas company about the situation. My husband and I owe our lives to Ed !!!! We were all pretty rattled but Ed kept his cool and knew just what to do. Since the gas issue is first priority and we have a homeworks plan the gas work will come first. Ed asked us to keep him informed about how things are going with the gas repairs and the plan is to have Ed to start work on our sink Tuesday. He went over all our options. Amongst all the commotion he was able to put a plan together for the sink repair and the the gas repair if needed. We feel he was divinely sent … God bless you Ed!!!
