The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

had a floor drain backing up, saw the special on line $93 dollars with 5 years warranty. Technician came and advised this was not valid for rental and it was going to be $400 or $500 with camera inspection. After I concurred it was pricing at gun point he throw in a free camera inspection.He cleared the drain in 10 minute, then ran the camera and surprise concluded my drain was going to last a week and offered me a $15000 repair.. I have met better car salesman.

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

We owned a Trane furnace that gave us nothing but trouble. We finally opted for a new Carrier furnace and so far it has been wonderful with the air conditioner. We only had the furnace for heat on once and it was great. Restano did an excellent job installing the new Carrier furnace and were very prompt and the Fellas were wonderful. Thanks so much!!!!!

Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

Recently had my AC replaced by Stahl. They were able to come out quickly for a thorough estimate. I got quotes from multiple companies and while not the lowest bid, Stahl was right in line with others. I went with Stahl based on the prompt, thorough, and honest estimate, short lead time to install, and recommendations from others.

The two guys who did the install were professional, informative, and were able to get it all sorted in a day. The install looks very clean and they improved my drain line from the existing setup. My new AC has been working great and there have been no issues keeping my house cool all throughout the recent heatwave.

The entire process was painless and I have nothing but good things to say about the estimate, install, and interactions with the office. Highly recommended.

Had a massive job. Lined a sewer pipe - 12 feet. They were prompt,clean,explained each step and relaid the cement BEAUTIFULLY. I can barely tell which cement was replaced! The communication from the office staff is excellent and super friendly. While on-site, they rehabbed 2, 1951 toilets. One is pink and the other blue, irreplaceable. Many plumbers had told me the toilets could not be fixed, Pittsburgh Plumbing did it! Lastly, their bid was over $2500 less the my other bid. I am so pleased with their professionalism! Great service, reasonable pricing, professional work. Sean and Denny did replaced our boiler and hot water heater in 3 days. They actually cleaned the basement floor better than they found it. We will certainly use this company again

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating.

A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men . Find someone with integrity to work on your home …
