McVay Plumbing has a Master Plumber, Greg that is AMAZING. He made a special trip out to fix a leak before the holidays. He came out in between jobs, not many places would make that happen. All I know is this company is worth it!! The staff/plumbers are nice, patient and the prices are affordable. Happy Holidays McVay Plumbing

The service man’s name was Caleb w. Caleb was very professional. He listens to everything you said he was a good worker. Great plumber I would definitely have him again. I was thinking about getting a new water tank and I asked Caleb about it. He was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of details about an electric water heater. Caleb is a great great worker.

Bill has been my plumber for many years. He is responsive and has always done a great job. He just completed replacing a sewer line and did a fantastic job. Worked long and hard to get the job done. Everything was very clean after they left. He quoted a very good price and no over runs. I feel I can trust him. And I highly recommend him and his wife.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his business. His work is top quality. He is professional, knowledgeable, and expert. I appreciate the way he explains everything he is going to do, and then explains what he has done. Jesse was the best plumber I’ve ever had for years but I can’t get him anymore because he moved onto commercial projects. However, Lucas redid my leaking shower and did an awesome job. Professional, friendly and quick. Will ask for him again in the future.

Cliff was very courteous and displayed great knowledge of his work. He took the time to explain the root cause of the problem and identified another issue and resolved in a timely manner. Without him identifying the hidden issue we would’ve had a more severe damage from a slow leak in our upstairs bathroom. Definitely recommend to anyone. He gets the job done right the first time with integrity.

Marcus Bland was the repair man. He arrived in the time estimated. He was SO very pleasant on this Easter Sunday morning! He was professional, and he explained the issue well. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would be happy to have him do any necessary repair work in the future.

They did a great job, came earlier than I expected and had professional manner like took off the shoes before coming in and left bathroom cleaned (with no trashes). Fair price for a company work. Definitely, I would recommend them.

Strongly recommend! I needed a mini excavator for 3 days to replace a retaining wall and extend a pipe line. A number of businesses in area had them to rent and decided to rent from Reliable Pro Plumbing & Excavating. The rental and delivery / pickup price was much cheaper. Upon delivery Jason Mavilla spent as much time as needed to teach me to use it. When I had a question one morning, he immediately answered the phone and helped me. The equipment is of excellent quality at reasonable rates. Jason is the key to superb customer service.

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.

Jake, Chris, and Mike helped me out with a new water heater and furnace. They were quick, clean, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend!

Do not hire Jake Wilk and James Cunningham. They answer these saying they will try to resolve an issue but it's a lie. They do not finish the work and they steal down-payments. They do not pull Permits and are not licensed according to allegheny county. They may pay some random person to pull but they didn't even do that on my job. They left my job unfinished. I filed a civil suit and am looking for fellow victims to testify. I can't afford to lose what they stole. If they would have just returned the money on the job the job they didn't even start I would have let this go but they are completely unethical. I now have to hire someone else to fix and finish the one they abandoned.
