Peerless and their whole crew is awesome. My husband and I bought an older home with bad sewers. We negotiated with the sellers to have the sewers fixed. Peerless came out a few weeks after we closed on our house and completed the work. They didn't discuss billing or payment with us, because their office manager had already arranged the payment of the work with the sellers. Top notch from start to finish.

Lorenzo was very professional and courteous. He resolved the issue quickly and kept me informed as to what he was doing.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

We had a leaking drain pipe inside the block wall behind the kitchen sink. The repair involved hammering out the block, cutting the sink drain line, vent pipe, and main drain line and repairing with a new fitting and cleanout. Paul did a great job and was very careful while hammering out the block and cutting the existing pipes.

There was nothing to dislike from the start to the final installation.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. I appreciated the honesty and him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it.

I'm so happy I called Green Star Plumbing Company Phoenix. Steven was the technician that came to our house and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave us multiple options for how he could fix the problem. He was friendly and even cleaned up after himself when he was done. Highly recommend!

Set up apppointment between 5:30pm-8:30pm. Got a call at 7pm-tech was going to be stuck on the current job and unable to make it.
Dispatcher was unable to send another tech.
Really? At 7pm?
Call your customer BEFORE 7pm if the original tech is unable to make it. That tech knew it would be a long job when he got there.
Don't make appointments you can't keep!

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
