I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

Plumbers of Maricopa installed a hot water heater for me. They did wonderful job!! I will call them for every plumbing job I have. I highly recommend them!

Kerry at George Brazil called me 3 times to keep me posted on when a plumber would be available to come in my emergency call. THAT'S outstanding customer service. Then Mike the plumber showed up, did a bangup job. He was fast, friendly, and did quality work. I'm impressed with George Brazil as a company, and would for sure use them again. Great job!

I have run it through my home warrant and see if they will cover the repair.
