I've used George Brazil on two instances. Both times was provided an estimate so I knew what the charge would be before they started. While not the cheapest, they're work has been great.One thing I don't like, and I think it's common across industries anymore is they charge a pretty steep service fee just to give you an estimate. However, if you let them do the work they waive the service fee.

The Tech Luis was great, he was very professional and got the job done quickly. However roto rooter should be ashamed, they did not show up last night when they were supposed to. Then there policy is we throw out a ridiculous price when we get there. $450 dollars to unclog a drain are you kidding me!!! When all other companies charge $99 maybe $150 at the highest. I made a huge mistake by choosing this company. BUYER BEWARE you will be priced gouged at your weakest point. You will be reported to the BBB.

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue.
