I called to schedule an appointment and the owner was also super friendly and quickly scheduled me in within 2 hours! I super appreciate how quickly the technician, Austin came! Austin was so friendly and considerate to my carpet concerns and worked with me on understanding what would work best! I will for sure be calling this company again for any carpet needs and would highly recommend AZ same day carpet cleaning!!

Came in and eased my mind , crystal informed me of what was going to be happening answered all question I threw at them with professionalism and knowledge, crystal and her coworker cece were fantastic , helped elevate the stress of my unfortunate problem , definitely will use their services again .When I called to ask some questions the receptionist Nina was friendly and helpful directing me to Gloria who was very nice and knowledgeable , will use their devices again .

Dr. Chem-Dry came and did my carpets, tile and area carpets. The most impressive part was the area carpet in my living room which is 12x15 which had an old stain on it from some red gatorade that kids had spilled on it that I thought would never come out. They got it out and it is beautiful. They got the greasy stains out of the fringe of the carpets too. The grout in my bathroom looks brand new.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chem-Dry. They were very professional and easy to deal with.
