Been working from home so I sometimes will not enter my garage on a daily basis. Well Thursday, July 8, I went into my garage to grab a tool. Saw water on the garage floor. I realized the outlet pipe at the top of the gas hot water heater was leaking. I could not stop it so I turned off the water. The first two plumbers I called were unavailable. So I called American Discount Plumbing based on its high rating and positive reviews.

I spoke to Paul who came out that afternoon even though he was on another job. After reviewing the situation, Paul presented me some options. Given the age of the water heater (at least 5-years old), I decided to replace it. Paul offered me a fair deal including the 40-gallon water heater, and installation labor.

Paul returned Friday morning with the water heater during the time window he had indicated. After a couple of hours in sweltering heat, Paul had the gas hot water heater installed, and running. I am very pleased with Paul's responsiveness, timelines, and professional demeanor. And I got a good, fair deal. I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work.
