Best Toilet Trouble in Phoenix AZ

I had submitted a request to my warranty company on 1/30/2021. I got a text that Moon Valley would come out on 1/31/2021. The tech called me that night (1/30/2020) and said he would “try” to be out there when they said they would. Okay. Didn’t hear from him or anyone else on 1/31/2021. It’s the weekend I get it. I call on 2/1/2021 (Monday) to see what is going on and talk to someone who had to research it and call me back. I called to follow up because I would like to get my day started despite the water leaking out of my front yard on to the street all weekend. I talked to Chris. She was curt and appeared to act like I was an inconvenience to her. Zero customer service on that call. I’m already frustrated no one followed up with me. Then I get to talk to someone who acts like I grew a third eye in the middle of my forehead. Nope. Not cool.



I understand warranty work pays low and isn’t a high ticket item but then don’t sign up to do it. I’ve now wasted almost 48 hours with water coming from my yard with a company who doesn’t care...

Repair and maintenance folks don't always have good news for you about the health of your HVAC, plumbing etc. But you can count on Parker and Sons to give it to you straight, honestly and with good value. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
