Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didn't lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbing's quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Troy was right on time and completed the work in a timely manner. This job was a follow up from a previous visit 6 months earlier, and I appreciate that Troy was sent as he was familiar with what needed to be done.

I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. Mineral deposits caused our Bedroom shower to only have hot water which I broke it trying to fix. Alex came to the rescue and saved us from a much higher repair bill. Thank You Alexander plumbing!

When my parents had a tub faucet fail, their neighbor suggested calling American Discount Plumbing. Paul came the same day and installed a cartridge to fix their issue. When I saw how he treated my parents, his number went in my phone as the person to call. So when my hot water heater went out, Paul came to get us back on track affordably, even coming after 7 p.m. to finish the project. We are grateful.

They take care of everything. You just need to pick your location and tell them what you need. They come out, do the work, and send you a bill. It is so easy to use and the pricing is fair. I love the customer service and the ability to schedule a time for the work to be done. The scheduling is easy to use and the work is done on time. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

ChasRoberts installed a new A/C unit with a 10 year warrantee. They provide annual service twice a year. The system quit after 2 years and 11 months on Friday at 9 PM one week after their tech checked the system. I called for service and was told they could schedule me next Friday (7 days later). Certainly not the service I expected based on what I paid, the age of the unit and what ChadRoberts claims in their advertising.

Plumber (Eddie) was prompt to arrive and repaired our kitchen faucet pretty quickly. We had a plumber from another business who advertise themselves on tv and they left our faucet half repaired, they gave us a quote and wanted more money to complete the repair the next day, we refused to pay more money than quoted and decided to call another plumbing company.
Amigo Plumbing stepped up to do the repair for us at a very reasonable price and Eddie was experienced enough to look at the issue and repaired the faucet in a very short time.
We are very satisfied customers and reccomend Amigo Plumbing.
