I reached out to several local plumbers to replace a water heater at a rental unit of mine. After speaking with several other plumbers, I called Dave Somers Plumbing and s/w Dave. I could tell right away he was knowledgable and seemed honest, so I hired his his company. I had previously worked with different plumbers/handyman types but was looking for a go-to plumber as I have issues that come up reguraly. Dave fit me into schedule quickly and was right on time (bonus: their scheduling/notification system of arrival, completion and invoicing is state of the art and best I have seen), he was able to fix quickly with minimal down time, was extremely easy to deal with and charged reasonable price (not always the case). Installed brand new in our new build and it just hit a year and lots has already gone wrong. Just seems like they chose to small of a unit for my house size. Called because it is not cooling the house and running constantly trying just to get it to 80 in the house and the soonest they can get to us in 8 days, not to mention they were here yesterday and installed a new valve because the one on our brand new unit went out. So, they can't even come out and fix their mistake right away and get it running correctly. Instead they make us suffer with a hotter house, higher electricity bill because our unit is constantly running and more wear and tear to our unit. Really disappointed right now.
