Best Septic Tank Issues in Phoenix AZ

I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

We have never used this company before but they were very nice and did a very thorough job. Very professional in there job and very courteous. The plumber was a little late but we scheduled them late in the morning and they were out on the same day. I would use them again anytime. I found there pricing very reasonable. Very timely service even on Sunday. Called and Andrew showed up and gave me options to fix my problem. I let him know I had to discuss with my wife and called on Tuesday and he came back that day and fixes my problem. Andrew besides being an excellent plumber is a very likeable and professional. David came and unclogged our kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable, personable and did a great job. He even recommended a monthly maintenance we can do ourselves to prevent future occurrences. He fully cleaned up the area he worked in, which is a huge bonus in my book.

I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing! Super friendly locally family-owned business that was able to solve my under the kitchen sink plumbing problem. Most people charge service call fees, but these guys do free estimates! Price was much better than other guys would do it for, I'm sure! Thank you, guys!

They sourced and fitted a new toilet (having to adapt the waste pipe). In and out very quickly without any trauma.
And the cost was a lot less than I originally expected.

But to our surprise, Elvis was sent out right away and he arrived within the hour. He was very efficient and had the problem fixed in no time. Contacting the yesterday afternoon about a failed water heater and they made an appointment for 9-10 the next morning on a Sunday. The tech Evan called 30 min ahead as promised and even asked if he could arrive 20 min early which was perfect for me.Evan was courteous efficient and had it replaced much faster than expected.Terrific service!
