After having posted an immediate need for a new water heater I received several calls that provided me with necessary information in order to make a decision on which company to go with. I decided to go with Edward's Plumbinh and I couldn't have made a better choice.. The office manager was friendly and explained all the details that they provide and assured me that they could have the unit installed in just a few hours. And the quote was extremely reasonable. And the serviceman showed up as promised and was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and presented a professional appearance. He had everything on hand to remove the old water heater and to install the new unit. He cleaned the heater closet after installation, no metal filings or excess flux or solder splash on the floor and the new unit looks very nice. Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied.
