New home AC orientation. Gentlemen walked me through every AC detail you can think of and ensured I knew how my system worked and felt comfortable using it.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. Javier Cruz with ACE Home Services is the best of the best! Not only is he knowledgeable about AC units but he made sure to explain things to me in a way that made sense. He was very friendly and professional. He performed services in a timely manner and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.
