Best Pool Installation in Phoenix AZ

I am updating this review because Parkers reached out to me after I was unhappy with the service and they were fast and very understanding. They came to check my AC/Heating unit again and they offer to fix it. I am very happy the way they handled the situation. Oh and they have a great monthly membership where you have great perks and discounts.

We just recently had to replace our main sewer line. . . Not to be all cheesy, but, the two men who did all this ,by shovel mind you, truly showed that hero attitude. We are very pleased. . .and the price, awesome. Thank You guys!

The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

Justin and his crew did a fantastic job on our project. They are great communicators as well which is so important! Very helpful and worked out a few obstacles with us.

In the midst of a renovating my home I ran into a gas leak. My contractor spent hours trying to find it with no luck. I called RP Gas Piping and they sent a technician to my home within a very short period of time. It was obvious he has a ton of experience as he found the leak in no time at all (saving me money). He came back the following today after my inspection to connect the water heater. He determined a better way to route the shut off valve. He didn't have the parts in his truck. Before I knew it he had two other technicians show up to help. This was all on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when it was a zillion degrees outside. They truly cared that I needed to have my hot water working before the weekend. I will always and only use RP for any gas related work on my properties. Roberta Candelaria
