Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

After a lot of research and few estimates I received a referral for Day & Night from Ronnie Brion. I contacted Day and Night and soon after Mike came to our home to provide an estimate. He was kind, professional, and informative. After meeting with Mike, I was convinced Day & Night was the right company for us. On the day of the installation the Day & Night crew arrived timely to install 2 outdoor units, 2 air handlers, 2 power sources and 2 thermostats. I had to work on the day of the install so my father-in-law who is a retired lead HVAC tech stayed at the house for me. When I arrived home from work, my father-in-law told me he was extremely impressed with the installation team. He said everyone was in sync and organized. He also said team members were very polite and willing to answer questions on any phase of the installation. A week later Ronnie returned to my home and tested the units for a final inspection. Robert Mitchell was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining all my options of repairing vs. replacing my 11 year old air conditioner. He provided pictures which were appreciated since my unit is on the roof. He also worked to provide me with several options/discounts that reduced the overall price. Inspection was on the same day I called and replacement was scheduled for the following day ... a Saturday! Nice job!
