Jari was a gentleman and very helpful in assessing our needs for a vent pipe leak. Went on roof, noticed no leak, took the extra step and looked in our crawl attic space to see if the pipe was leaking from the roof. No leaks which saved us $$ on an unnecessary roof repair!
