I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.



Anthony also gave us additional advice on other plumbing related topics.

My water heater was not turning on. Adam came by and told me that the pilot igniter was not working. He replaced it same day and now it’s working. Great communication. Great work. It was great.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. We submitted a maintenance request through our apartment portal on Thursday, May 12 after some issues going on with our toilet.

I was contacted that afternoon by Aaron @ Plumbrite, who left me a quick, detailed message. I gave him a call back and he informed me that he had availability tomorrow morning - which is nearly unheard of! Aaron was on time and communicative about his arrival. After his initial inspection, he let me know what he saw and what he was going to go.

Within TWO HOURS the issue had been resolved and Aaron was out of the door. What incredibly professional, clean & respectful service. Would 10/10 recommend Aaron and the team at Plumbrite.

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
