They did a great job at Hero. The guys working at my place were Jon, Israel, Memo, and Cesar. They all worked really hard and did great work. I like the fact that Hero tries to minimize the amount of demolition needed to replace a new sewer pipe. I’m so glad that they don’t trench the whole house. They were extremely quick and efficient, they were done in about 3 days for a replacement drain pipe and reconnecting everything. They are amazing and extremely helpful at Hero. Highly recommend.

Louie and Fernando Campos were fabulous!! They were very professional and happily educated us on the different problems we were having.They were hard workers and did everything they could to assist us in a timely manner.Kevin came out to help run the camera into the pipes and he was also a great help in everything he did during his visit. The Option One team, including Andrew, Tim, and Ruben, did an outstanding job installing clean outs and repairing a poorly sealed ABS to clay pipe joint. Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet. Clean out location was close to other utilities so machinery couldn't be used. The digging was done by hand tools with countless rocks encountered. I was impressed by their work ethic and how effectively they were able to work as a team. I would recommend this group to anyone without hesitation.
