Charlie was prompt, highly skilled and performed the repairs in the same day! this was a leaking coil, not an easy repair in my rooftop unit. he replaced the coil, tested, serviced and completed in one day, and that included having to travel across the valley to get the needed parts. all in all, extremely satisfied with company response and action, from the initial phone call (thanks Kathy) to completed.

Had a very good experience

Called these guys and because now I can say their work was so in demand, they were three weeks out. However on the appointment date they “SHOWED UP” they came in gave me all potential options that we were looking at that could arise as they were to do my fireplace service, we chose to go for the latter one first. They came in clean, follow-through, kept their appointment and gave me a beautiful refurbished gas fireplace in my home. Without reaching for any additional items that were unnecessary such as a new unit that could have been an option. Nothing but great things to say about these fellows. Being in the housing business myself I am impressed and will definitely call on them again for any fireplace and or plumbing needs.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Great service

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
