I had Daniel and Danny from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come to fix my shower, toilet and garbage disposal. They showed up very punctual and were very polite and knowledgeable. They fixed everything in a timely manner. I definitely recommend using them. Great service and staff.

Addendum- Matt and Cody came by to help with a sewer smell in my bathroom. Found a broken pipe in the wall, and found a way to fix without damaging the wall. Great job!

The first time I used CLW Plumbing was for a leak from the gas shut off to my fireplace. The gas company found a leak and shut off the gas to the condo (and the building) until someone could come out to fix it. Talk about panic! I contacted CLW and Jim Wheat, the owner, came out. He assessed the problem, for my fireplace and the others in the building. He repaired the problem in short order at a very reasonable cost to the owners. The gas company came back out, tested the fireplaces and gave all of us clearance to turn the gas back on to the building. What a great job he did for all of us!!
About 6 months later, my water heater went out. I spoke with Jim. He sent out an employee to replace it. Adrian could not have been better. Professional, timely and affable. Did a terrific job and did it quickly. Way better than the last company I used. I have used enough contractors over time to know this is one company you want in your contact list. Thank you CLW !!!

Mason and Quinton did a great job unclogging a tough sewer line clog. They continued working until they got the clog out and used their large screen camera to scope where the problem is. They located the issues and the pine is now open. Where others weren’t able to solve the problem, they were able to and were very knowledgeable and professional. I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.
