Showed up on time, knowledgeable, quick and got my toilet fixed correctly. Jim was great , I would recommend for a good, affordable plumber.

He was very neat about putting slippers on and very friendly. He asked about the problem. And then asked where the circuit breakerswere located. Right away he found one of the problems. Then went into the bathroom where we had no light. Found the problem right away. He gave us several options to choose from. Which we appreciated. Since we are seniors we are on a limited income.He followed through with everything. We asked for an e-mail invoice and that was sent also. We just loved the experience and would call again.for help.

Water heater suddenly ruptured at my friend’s house and we called Penguin Plumbing. Thankfully, Dakota was quick to come out and replace the water heater. I am pleased with the rapid response and customer service that was shown! Highly recommend Dakota for future services. He was very professional and efficient!

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks.
