Every experience I have with APES is five star. If your not using APES for your plumbing, A/C and appliance needs your doing it wrong.

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

I came home from vacation to find that my air conditioner didn't work and it was hot! Frank not only arrived within less than an hour from my phone call, but knew just what the problem was. He went into my hot attic many times and up and down the stairs to make sure the problem was fixed. I couldn't be happier and much cooler. Thank you Hays...you are the best! Frank deserves a raise for his great customer service and expertise!I just had Kevin from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing do my half year maintenance check. He was great! Went above and beyond making sure everything was in tip top shape. Even dusted my vents when he was on the ladder. This is such a wonderful company !!! Once again...great customer service and expertise!

Taking advantage of Penguin's $45 drain clearing offer, I called and had a technician come clear my slow bathtub drain. But my slow drain problem was not resolved. I subsequently received two repair estimates, one for $3,259 minimum repair or $11,609 for complete repair of my plumbing.I was skeptical. I called my regular plumber, Diamondback Plumbing, and the technician cleared my drain for the usual price, $169. No problem. No big repair estimate. A happy, gurgling tub drain. My initial review of Penguin was Professional, friendly, and polite. Um, not so much.

Neels will be my go-to plumber from now on. They're professional, on time and clean up after the job was spotless. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Andy did a great job putting in our new water heater today! He’s a very knowledgeable and professional guy that takes great pride in his work and we are very pleased!

They very quickly took care of the issue with my air conditioner to accommodate my schedule. Jose informed me the overflow pipe wasn't installed properly and did the repair correctly.
Jose was well informed and very polite.

Charlie came over and was very friendly and professional and sold us on a new AC unit. He explained everything and was very thorough and kind. The guys were here the very next day installing it and did an excellent job and Charlie came by again to make sure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend ACE!!
