Had an emergency with my OLD water heater. After 20 years allegedly, it gave up its life at 1am Wednesday. Called the number. Answering service took information. 5 minutes later received a call from Juanita. She was reassuring and professional that they would have a technician ready to render aid early AM. Julio arrived by 8:30 and helped me with the various pricing packages. Very personable and professional. Whole replacement took 1.5 hours as discussed. Great unit. Great customer service. Very professional and satisfied experience. Thank you all.

Always get a second opinion! Called Champion to clean out my sewer drain, they said it was cracked and I needed to replace the full line. I called another Plumbing Company also 5 star rated and they came out and discovered that the sewer line wasn't my problem. Had the problem fixed for less than half what Champion quoted me. I am giving them 1 star because they were quick to respond and the young man they sent out the 1st time was very nice.

A previous AC from another company came to fix a leak in the AC. One week later the AC gave out again and the tech didn't answer the call. So I called a different company on the weekend when my AC just gave out and they couldn't come out because the AC was not installed by them. Then I called Day & Night Air Conditioning, they accepted the call and arrived in a timely manner. The technician Derek had me take a look at he AC and showed me in just what bad shape it was (Something the other tech did not do) He explained and showed me thoroughly all the problems that he saw and the price range to fix them. Overall I was really please with the visit and understanding the condition my AC is. Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom.
