They have 4-hour windows to show up. Scheduled first time, window was 12-4. At 3:45 I had to reschedule because I had to get back to work. 2nd time, window was 8-12. At 11:50 I called and was told sorry about your wait ma'am. He'll be there as soon as he can. While on this call I get a call from their dispatch saying he will be there in an hour to an hour and a half. So I wasted EIGTH hours for a plumber to not show up and no call at any point to let me know he was running late! Had I not cancelled, it would have been 9-9.5 hours! That's a full day of work I would have lost, NOT including the time it would have taken to do the actual work. I don't know in what world they live in to think this is remotely ok. I asked how they were going to make it right and the supervisor said all I can do is say I'm sorry and he'll be there as soon as he can. Good luck with having them show up on time and give a care if they don't. 0/5 would tell anyone to use these people. 5/5 would tell anyone who mentions plumbing about this story with Pruitts and guaranteed they won't use them. Would you?

I really liked the follow up texts and responsiveness to drop what they had because of a rainy day and do our replacement on the same day. Wow. We weren’t ready then but when we were they were very punctual and text me their arrival time for confirmation. During all this Covid illness they were willing to come to our water heater rescue. The water is HOT finally and I’m so happy. Multiple showers and dishwasher going at the same time no problem now.Thanks guys!
I called them back for more plumbing services and again I had an excellent experience. I will be calling them for the next home improvement too, a water softener.
The water heater is still on the list but our sink started leaking all over the counter. We called Zippity again to replace it. They had scheduling issues this time and had to arrive the next day. Working from home made that possible. The new sink is great! Thanks again Zippity!

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house.
