They were great, saved us a ton of money on flushing our sewer line and not having to replace some of the pipes.

From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Our plumber Chris was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did a nice, clean, professional install. Rapid Rooter is a top-notch company that installs quality soft water and filtration systems. The water heater needed to be replaced at my business and it was a commercial water heater, not something just anybody can replace. They gave me a good price and scheduled me for the next day. The install required both a plumber and an electrician, which they coordinated well. All the installers were friendly and knowledgeable and I would use them again.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.
