Please note, I have waited about a month since the service, just to make sure the review was not driven by emotions. Initially I was really impressed -- sure they charged me $40 to come out and give an estimate, but felt like they understood the job. Many things were done right. A couple of things were not -- resulting in me (the homeowner) having to break apart the newly set concrete to compensate for an incorrectly installed shower drain. Then, after the tile guy pointed out that the shower valve protruded too far, I had to rip apart the drywall and reset the unit. Ironically, this was the first time I ever hired a plumber (usually do these things myself), but life was busy and I did not have time for this. For the record, I did contact Moon Valley when the issue involving the drywall was noticed and a guy named George seemed mildly interested, but this was not an "emergency" so there was nothing he could do. This was frustrating, but where it got worse was when their customer service person, Sharon M., called me/sent emails, there was no apparent sense of apology, just a great deal of defensiveness. Sure, my tile project would have been put on hold for who knows how long if I did not fix the problems -- but when I reported it, it was not an "emergency" so she did not see what the big deal was about. She stated that I did not give them a chance to fix it -- which is not true -- I contacted them immediately and spoke to George. I think what she meant is that I should have been willing to wait for days for them to get around to stopping by. For the record, no discount was ever offered for my hassles. Ironically, I liked the plumber and despite the issues, that was not was bothered me...we all make mistakes. It was the way Sharon, on behalf of Moon Valley, handled the situation that left me never wanting to do business with Moon Valley again. Their prices are higher than an independent plumber (my experience) -- apparently what you are paying for is "the service".

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

My first time using Deer Valley Plumbing. Super happy they could get someone out the same day. Luis called to let me know he was on his way less than an hour after I called.

Armando and Martín were punctual. Armando is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was able to repair all issues the following day after he came out to provide an estimate. All issues repaired and so far are operating as expected. This was a painless experience. I definitely recommend Plomero en Phoenix. :)

Called at 4ish,, got here at 6:30 cleaned drain and left at 7;30 only $400.00. Wow what a deal

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

The owner and technicians were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Everything happened is actually as they explained it would and on time/budget. I would highly recommend as all are very professional.

We had a major emergency on a Saturday night. We called Green Star and Gabriel came out within an hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to fix the issue in record time and give us some tips to prevent it from happening again. We are very thankful to have found such an amazing plumbing company and technician.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Brad from Whitton Plumbing is awful. He is rude, careless and his presence tells you that you are a nuisance to him. He makes every excuse not to do his job. Will make sure he never comes out to our house again.

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They came out and said they would fix my shower by ordering a new part. They never ordered the part. Then just ignored me as I tried to get hold of them. Then through my home warranty company I finally got them to come back. They apologized and said they would fix my shower. Turns out they never ordered the part. So they left.....and I never saw them again. Oh and don't bother trying to get hold of them. That's impossible.
