I had a water leak in my daughters bedroom wall. After calling 3 different companies to get a quote, Aqua Pro Plumbing Co was the only one on time, they took the time to explain the process to me and they came in with a quote that beat both the others. They were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I had initially used Penguin Air for a late night plumbing issue a couple weeks ago and was more than satisfied with their services. Whenever my AC finally decided to go out (I knew it was a matter of time as it had been giving us issues in the past) I decided to give Penguin Air a call to look at a full unit replacement. Since I had 2 matching units I figured it was best to just replace both at the same time. I called on a Sunday evening and they came out Monday morning to take a look at the units. No high pressure sales but just able to talk about what my options were. They provided up front pricing and talked me through all available options. They took some measurements and were out for install Tuesday just as promised. They were here from afternoon until the evening to do the install and made sure I had cold blowing air. The cleanup was done on Wednesday. Thursday they came back out to finish everything up with the drain lines and to assure that the vents had a proper seal. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is having any issues. The process and technician who came out (Jacob) were super friendly and professional. I feel confident with my purchase and now have 2 brand new ACs that are quieter, more efficient, and keep my house nice and cool.

Mike arrived on time and immediately confirmed we had a bad water regulator. He replaced the bad one with another (better) brand which we hope will last a lot longer than the Apollo that came with the house. We have better water pressure now than we have ever had since being in our home 6.5 yrs. I also asked his opinion on why no water coming out of one of our guest bathroom spigots; he took a quick look and indicated why no water was coming through, afterwards my husband and I were able to fix the problem thanks to Mike’s expertise. Thanks so much, we now are enjoying life again!

Great plumbing business. They installed a new 75 gal water heater the same day I called them. Very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to get a quality heater at a fair price. Nice job!

Sadly disappointing. We were assigned this plumber from our home warranty. Work order was two faucets and a toilet. They missed their first scheduled appointment, due to a medical issue, which is understandable. But they did not communicate with us, had to call them for three days then called my home warranty company and they got a hold of them. The owner called me, he is very nice, we reschedule. His employee came out, fixed one faucet, took one look at the toilet said he would have to come back.

We scheduled the second visit, then the day before the appointment, I get a text message notifying me my appointment had been moved to another day. No question of my availability, just moved. I messaged the company back and the owner called me, he said his employee was told to call me and ask if they could move the appointment. He didn't check with me but when I spoke to the owner, I agreed to the new appointment day.

The employee came out, this time took the toilet off, and said the flange was too high. He said he would need to call the home warranty company and ask if they would cover the cost. He said it should take a day. The employee said, sorry I can't even hook your toilet back up so for about a week I had no working toilet in the guest bathroom. I called.the plumber and the owner said I will tell the warranty company about it, so they cover it. Just don't screw us on the review. Okay well they told the home warranty company it was not normal wear and tear so they warranty company will not cover it. So here we are with the review. Truth is, if its not wear and tear, that's okay. I'd even excuse the comment the owner made to me because his employee told the warranty company what he believes is right. The problem so far has been, every time I need to contact this plumber, I call and text and don't hear back for days.

Fed up with them and having to pay out of pocket, I decided I'll hire a different plumber to finish the toilet repair. He looked and said the flange was not too high, and the home warranty company should be made aware of the incorrect diagnosis, but his company does not work with my home warranty company so if he did the work, it would not be covered unless I file a reimbursement claim.

I wanted to support Centurion Plumbing because it is a local family business, with military veteran ownership, but the poor communication and employee who I don't think wants to be a plumber were too much to continue a business relationship with. I will be notifying my home warranty company of these issues and requesting that future service calls go to any other plumbing company.
