Not only did he install the new trim kits for the shower, tub and sinks efficiently, but he made suggestions, gave advice and solved other issues. He was willing to also reset our leaky toilet in the guest bathroom and he replaced the outdated outside water valve. His helpfulness, attitude, kindness, patience and professionalism is outstanding. The owner is interested in lifetime customers, and he has one in us. We found a company we can trust and rely on. The office professionals are wonderfully courteous as we received an electronic invoice promptly from Sharon and a wonderful follow-up call from Pam ensuring we had a positive experience, which we certainly did. Brian stopped by and checked my leaking water heater. Brian came the next day and replaced first thing in the morning! Brian is a very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous worker!!! Had to get a new AC unit. I was very satisfied with the process. The sales rep was extremely professional and we were able to work out a great unit and set up for my home. My installer was extremely knowledgeable and his team was very polite. They did a great job cleaning up and wore shoe covers. They had carpet laid out over all the places they were walking too. I was very happy with their work. As part of the install they addressed some preexisting air flow issues in the bedrooms and now all the bedrooms get nice cold air. I cannot believe what a difference it made. In your face summer. The company also did all the paperwork for my SRP rebate and product registration and warranty.

I wanted to write a review for Chas Roberts Air Conditioning. I recently went on vacation and when I was have fun with no cares in the world, My kids called and informed me that one of the air conditioners stopped working. Never fails that when your are on vacation, something happens. I called Chas Roberts and I have to tell you, they were amazing to work with. They called me back when they said they would, They found the part my unit needed in stock while the other companies I called, said it would take them days to get the part ordered and even longer to get it repaired. I had my unit up and running quickly. Much faster than what I even dreamed of! I completely understand that in this world today, you have manpower and raw material shortages so things may take a while but its how a company responds. They had the parts in stock, the provided exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I am an extremely happy customer. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
