Dealt with Nizar at Chas Roberts, and was very happy. I had recently had one of their competitors out for the same problem and was given a crazy list of parts that I needed, along with a hefty bill. Robert Mitchell was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining all my options of repairing vs. replacing my 11 year old air conditioner. He provided pictures which were appreciated since my unit is on the roof. He also worked to provide me with several options/discounts that reduced the overall price.
