Their rep offered us six months with no interest on a mini split unit, and he screwed up the paperwork. This was back in April and its a still a struggle to get them to fix it. It's frustrating.Update: the above was finally fixed, but I suspect it was more Wells Fargo than Ace. Whatever, it's done.
