Excellent service!! Emergency sewer back-up at our house. After trying to DIY a fix with negative results, I searched for a professional. The first 2 plumbing business’ I called told me 2 weeks before they could schedule me.
Chris not only answered his own phone, but told me he could be there in 30 minutes. He came early and solved my sewer clog ; and showed me the camera footage on the snake…showing no tree root damage. Problem solved

We highly recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain after using them for an emergency broken valve in a shower that would not shut off. They were able to get us in on an emergency call and had us fixed up and ready to go same day! Had a pipe burst in my home , thank God for Rivers Plumbing for coming out so quickly, quick response and repair, after I seen the work Andres did I decided to do a few more upgrades to my home. already referred a few people to the company and I’m sure they will be as pleased with the work as I was.

So Bad. No stars. Sent by my Home Warranty Co. Came 3 times to fix toilet flapper. Scheduled 4th visit and didn't show. Advised by my Warranty Co. Claim disallowed due to missing parts. Lie. Fixed myself in 30 minutes.
