Best Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

Proforce Plumbing did an awesome job and our customer was very happy we referred them when we were out on a termite call the customer had sewage leaking in their front yard and we called these guys out to do the repair. Very good work at a good price.

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!

We called Antonio out to inspect the pipes of an old house before we purchased it. We needed to know what the pipes were made of. The report he gave us said “probably ABS”. We were concerned with this report because we cannot put our money into “probably”. He said he was sure it was ABS but refused to put it in writing. We worked with him to come out again, this time my husband was watching him work. He said he was feeding the camera under the house and my husband pointed out that his camera was clearly going in the opposite direction of house. My husband is not a plumber but he had to explain to Antonio how the direction of the pipes worked. Turns out the pipes were NOT made of ABS and lied to us about going under the house in the first place. Then when we asked him to check out the pipes from inside the house he refused saying “his camera was not good enough”. I would highly recommend not hiring him!

Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. I appreciated the honesty and him taking the time to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it.

This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them

Donley had installed a solar hot water system on my roof just over 3 years ago. The literature provided with the system suggested that there was a 6 year warranty. Thus, when the monitor showed no signal from the thermocouple on the roof resulting in the pump not operating and no hot water being produced, I expected that this item would be covered by warranty and called Donley for the repair. They sent a congenial repair man who, after some phone consultations with Mike, was able to identify and reconnect the wiring to the thermocouple at the solar panel on the roof. He described the problem as not a bad thermocouple but a loose electrical connection. He said that, when he removed the pipe insulation, the thermocouple wiring was loose. He reconnected it and everything worked as it did originally. He restored the insulation on the piping which he had removed to access the thermocouple leads, but did not paint it white as was done with the original installation to protect the insulation from the sun's harsh effects. Then he presented me with the bill. I said that I had presumed that this was a warranty repair, but was told that their work has only a 1 year parts and labor warranty. He said my bill was $125/hour for the 1 hour's work. At that rate, I was not going to send him back up on the roof to paint the insulation!
Bottom line - I expected that Donley would have done a better job with the initial installation such that there would not have been a loose wire connection in such a short time. My previous solar hot water system endured more than 25 years in the AZ sun without a wiring failure such as this. I also expected that restoring the system would have included painting the new installation at no extra charge.
As to ratings - I would give Ricardo 5 for congeniality and 3 for system knowledge. I believe Donley did not provide a suitably robust installation initially and am disappointed in having to pay to have it corrected. That rates no more than 1 star.

My home warranty company had them out for a water heater repair. Unit is still under warranty. For 650$ they would replace my 40 gallon water tank??!! They called my warranty company to have me agree to these charges. I declined and they left in seconds. Seemed fishy!!

Very helpful, and kind. We were getting our water heater replaced, when something burst in our toilet, it wasn't the buisness fault, but they still fixed the pipe that was broken free of charge.
