Shannon was very knowledgeable and did a great job addressing our needs, fixed a leaky shower faucet and installed a new shut off valve for our sprinkler system. Pete & his partner with Cool Water Plumbing LLC, did a fantastic job installing my new toilet since the old toilet had a crack in it. They were professional and very friendly. Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. Serviced our rental house with a plumbing problem. When repairman arrived, problem had corrected itself (maybe because tenant had plunged the toilets). After checking everything out for 25 minutes, the plumber left, saying no charge!!!! Not even a trip charge! Boy, will we use them again!

Recently we had our water heater go out and we provided us with multiple options depending on what we wanted to get. He is a solid guy and does excellent work. My water heater stopped working at a real bad time just before a party, these guys were there fast enough to replace it with a better unit so fast, the price was reasonable and they even cleaned the area better than it was before! A+ Company.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
