Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Izzy was the tech, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided insight as to why the AC unit was tripping the breaker as well as why a properly maintained unit is important. Very respectful and wore shoe booties inside the house.

Today is the second time I've had the folks from Phoenix plumbing to my house for repairs. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and their rates were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone that may need plumbing work done.

I've had them come out twice to the house and I was impressed both times with their knowledge and abilities. Their was response was also quick. I would recommend them anytime to my friends.

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!

Set up apppointment between 5:30pm-8:30pm. Got a call at 7pm-tech was going to be stuck on the current job and unable to make it.
Dispatcher was unable to send another tech.
Really? At 7pm?
Call your customer BEFORE 7pm if the original tech is unable to make it. That tech knew it would be a long job when he got there.
Don't make appointments you can't keep!
Happily gave my $ to another company that responded in a fast, professional and courteous manner.

Allen was very professional and honest. My sink was at a stand still, he came out and fixed it very fast, waited around to make sure it was done properly, which I very much appreciated. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.

This is my first interaction with a service provider in AZ that i didn't have to call back and follow up on to schedule and ensure the job was performed in a timely fashion. I called discount on Friday night and and Jordan, their technician, called early the next morning to schedule same day service! Jordan was professional, communicated regularly on timing, and was very thorough in reviewing my irrigation system. Not only did he explain to me how the zone systems operates and what my issue was but provided insights about the difference in watering requirements for my wife's fruit tree. Thank you Jordan! Definitely using discount again if i have any issues.
