Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

Showed up within 20 minutes of my calling to make an appointment. Fixed my clogged toilet within another 10 minutes. Game me great advice on how to fix the clog myself in the future. I will definitely do business with them again if I need it.

Wild West Plumbing is a family owned company, honest and true to their work. Wyatt came out to do a water pipe repair on one of the main lines running in the attic. He arrived promptly and explained step by step what needed to be done to address the repair. He completed the repairs very well, showing me the work completed and left the space clean and exactly how it was when he started. I will be using Wild West Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. After years of needing help with the house and scheduling bad service, I try to read as many reviews as I could. I also have an extended home warranty that I have begun not to care for. My kitchen flooded and had just finished being remodeled. I needed to have someone help attaching all the plumbing. The same day I realized my water heater went out. I decided to trust my gut and not use my extended warranty to make sure the job was done correct. I called Now Plumbing and it was honestly the best service I have ever had. Through owning and yrs of renting I can not be happier with Now Plumbing. Greg was friendly and caring as soon as he picked up the phone. He was able to schedule same day, which made a big difference for me not having to take more time off work. When Joe arrived, we went through all the details. He was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through all the issues. Before anything was started he gave me every option, helped with my budget on replacing the water heater and connecting the sink. Not only did they do an amazing job and were here till almost 8 pm, but Joe went out of his way to help fix little things around the kitchen that he noticed too, including getting rid of the squeaky dishwasher door. They checked all the pipes, water pressure etc around the house. I could keep writing for a while about how great of a job they did. Before he left we went over the next steps and what ill need to fix next and what has some time. If I could use them for everything around the house I would. I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
