Best RO Water System Installation in Phoenix AZ

Our hot water tank had a small leak and we had called our home warranty and were directly serviced by Water Heaters Only on the same day. Trevor E. was our technician and he was courteous and friendly, and also well prepared (hence 5 stars!). He had a new tank ready in the truck, and stayed in our driveway until our warranty company gave him the OK to install. He was diligent and installed the hot water heater very quickly and thoroughly. Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

This company has really great customer service. They make sure to text and calls so I’m updated when they are coming. The also are straightforward with telling me what was wrong with my A/C and what will fix it. They even called me to let me know if the technician is running late. I will use this company again and would recommend to everyone.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. Amazing people and amazing service.

Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.

We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.

Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
