When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I recently had a terrific experience with Amigo. I was in a pinch when another valley company canceled on my wife and I on the last days of our home inspection, and we were advised to speak with Amigo by another reputable local plumber. Nelson was professional and courteous as I explained our need for his services right away. He had his guys show up the very next day to inspect our sewer line. After all inspections were complete, I had Amigo come back out to the house and work on my water heater, drains, and gas lines. Once the work was completed, they walked me through exactly what had been done and all of their work was extremely thorough. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Amigo, they were friendly, professional and very punctual. Their prices were very reasonable as well, I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

We had our attic ac unit leaking water. $1500 later and it started leaking again. Service manager came out and said unit needed replaced. Gave us a bid. I chose to use another company to replace our ac. I didn't trust them after our bad experience.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!

This company performed service ordered by Home Choice Home Warranty. After unblocking the blockage in the kitchen sink, they created water drip and refuse to repair because was not cover by the Home Warranty. It must be huge joke since they are the one to create the leak since there was no leak before they start working on the issue, it was just very slow drain so if there were any leaks it would show then. Service guy stated that it is not his responsibility to fix that leak and the connections are wrong. It took handymen 30 seconds to fix the leak by tightening the connections under the sink - of course another service fee needed to be paid to Handyman for the 30 second repair -what are joke.
There is no more pride in the profession – we will report this to Contractor Register Office for unprofessional treatment.
