Best Plumbing And Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

The customer service is excellent. They came out on a holiday while my business was closed so they would not interfere with my customers. My building was built in 1958 and this was the best option out there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a new RO system installed due to age of the previous one. Cody, the plumber was very professional and informative regarding the installation of the new system.

Jason came out to our home today to look into a few different things. He was on time and did a great job. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, and he took the time to answer my many questions. We were really impressed with the service we received today!

There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.

Very nice individual who was knowledgeable about the situation. Helped get our broken faucet out and installed a new one. Was able to work us into the schedule last minute and solve the problem.

This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them

Justin and his crew did a fantastic job on our project. They are great communicators as well which is so important! Very helpful and worked out a few obstacles with us.

The pluming is good they do things fast as possible

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I called and they were at my house within the hour. Very nice and friendly staff. Tom was who installed our new toilet. Very good at what he does and super nice. Would highly recommend this company!

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. Whitton Plumbing fired my problem quickly and haven't had a problem since.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
