My hot water heater started its death rattle yesterday and I went through all the stages of panic before I signed on to the web and there you were - Water Heaters Only! I have had some negative experiences with plumbing companies in the past, but after perusing your website, I was encouraged to give you a call. Bingo! Tom answered the phone and was so reassuring and spoke to me the words I had longed to hear - that he could have his technician arrive with a new water heater in just a few hours from now. As Tom promised, Don arrived a few hours later and I am very much in favor of Don getting a raise. Don is, by far, the best representative your company could possibly have. He is efficient, explains what he is doing and why, and is neat, tidy, and caring. This would be a better world with more Dons in it! Technician Antonio was very honest and fair. He gave very detail information and also had no problem showing us the parts that needed replacement/repair. The company Day & Night responds very quickly on short notice.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.

The plumbers that came to check out our shower head were on time, polite, and cleaned up after finding and fixing our issue. I will call them again for future plumbing needs and I will recommend whitton Plumbing to all my friends and family.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
