I called American Discount Plumbing after my water heater went out and flooded my garage. Paul was there within 30 minutes to assess the damage and stop the water. He replaced it the next morning and charged a lower price than many other competitors. He even had to rework my hot and cold water plumbing and repaired that for free. I highly recommend calling them.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. These guys were hard working, competent, fair, and professional, showed up 10 min early. Highly recommend. They dug up a hack job sewer splice in my backyard when it was 112° and fixed it in an afternoon while I watched from the A/C. Got the recommendation from my dad and he was right. I'll call these guys every time I need a plumber!

My water heater leaked all over on New Year's day eve. I called my home warranty folks and they sent the call to Water Heaters Only. Got a call back quickly and Don the repair person showed up shortly thereafter with the exact water heater I needed. He was fast, efficient, very pleasant and got the job done right. He brought a few items up to code and explained to me why those upgrades were needed. He tested everything and cleaned up before he left. It's nice to have service folks come and do a job right the first time - timely and with nice people. Don was GREAT!!! I'd highly recommend them anytime you have a water heater issue. Mitch Roth

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

They take care of everything. You just need to pick your location and tell them what you need. They come out, do the work, and send you a bill. It is so easy to use and the pricing is fair. I love the customer service and the ability to schedule a time for the work to be done. The scheduling is easy to use and the work is done on time. Nov 4 2022Installed register in pantry that was not installed when house was builtNew build install & year end followup warranty inspection. They were earlier in the year called and asked to find out why fresh air fan was not working. Found it unplugged. Year end inspection found that the blower taps were set for the wrong speed. They corrected the issue. There was not enough air temp drop difference .Was around 16, now around 21.Knowledgeable technician found the issue and corrected it.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Justin did a great job. He was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions regarding the installation of the new water heater. It was a pleasure to work with someone who took the time to do a great job.

I use this plumbers as he was assigned to me through American Home sShiel. I called him for a whole week and then finally answered my phone call on February 5th and came out on February 6th. He looked at my jacuzzi tub and said that access panel was not near the motor and would have to pay $200 for him to put in a new access panel closer to the motor. He said he had to order a part for the air hose and faceplate and would have an appointment with me in 2 weeks. After a month no return phone call from him. ThenTI texted him and called him daily. After two days he finally answered the phone. He said he just got back from a Hawian vacation with his whole family and was not at work mode yet. He couldn't recallrwho I was. I informed him about what happened with my jacuzzi tub and how he was going to call American Home sShiel to get new access panelcovered since I already have access. He said he would do that and call me back that night. He also acknowledged receiving my voice messages and text despite previously saying he never got them. A week later I haven't heard back from him. I'm so fed up with this unreliable man who should not be on a home warranty service contract.
