I love Donley.....Everytime I call them they provide fast professional service and THEY ALWAYS SAVE MY DAY ??? We run over 20 stores and everyday if it one thing or the other that needs repair its nice to have a company like Donley that comes to our rescue !!!! Their techs are always on time and communicate what needs to be done and their prices are fair for excellent job and excellent customer service they provide. The operators like Yadi, Josie and Dana to name a few are very helpful and friendly and professional always makes you feel less stressed and get you scheduled right away (Same day almost everytime ) . RP Gas has proven itself a good company with which one can do business. Professional and competent form initial contact through job finish. Luis. the repairman who came to our home was above board in professionalism and in spite of the high cost (always an eye opener) he made us feel we got every dollar's worth. I would recommend RP gas to anyone who is looking for the best job for the money.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
