I highly recommend Hays Cooling & Heating. Came home to no AC and called Hays. With it being summer, I didn't expect quick service, but Dominique arrived promptly at the time I was told and he got our AC up and running. He was knowledgeable and had suggestions and information for future use without any pressure. I will definitely use Hays in the future and plan to sign up for their Bi-annual service plan.

Demanee was very pleasant and was very helpful in servicing my toilet needs.

I called late Thursday afternoon and my water heater was replaced by noon on Friday. The service was top notch in every respect. My repair man, Dan, was super good. He is Awesome and I enjoyed meeting him. I will refer Water Heaters Only to anyone who needs their services.

While facing a major plumbing issue in our home and we called Blue Plumbers for help. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide us with a quote for the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician took the time to explain everything to us so that we knew exactly what was happening. We were so impressed with their service that we have recommended them to all of our friends and family.

Leo did an amazing job. We had a not so great experience with a different employee that came out 3 different times. Leo listen to our concerns and listened to what we were saying was going on and wrong. He took the time to thoroughly investigate what was wrong and set up for the next steps to be taken care of. Kuddos to him!

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

I have been using ace for over five years! They have been great, honest and to the point. The service team is great! My annual inspect guy showed my my AC was on its last breath so I scheduled a new unit. The installation crew screw the pooch for everyone! Some how they the wires crossed and the thermostat would not turn on the unit. They send out a tech out was 2 hours passed the range of time they give you! At 730am I was told he is on his was and should be 45 minutes. 11:45 he shows up. After about an hour of trying different things and calling a supervisor on what do to next. I said look they need to send out someone who can troubleshoot this in a timely manner. So he leaves. This is Friday, the unit was installed Wednesday. The scheduling people call and said a higher level tech would not be about to my it until Monday. Monday rolls around. The guy does some tests and says it is a bad thermostat. They need to order a new one and it would not be here until Wednesday. Wednesday comes the guy install the new thermostat, it gets fired! The wires were cross or bad from the unit to the thermostat. They order a new one, now scheduled for Friday with a supervisor and a high level tech. They finally get it corrected on Friday by using a different color wire that was not being used to the thermostat. Long story short, the install team cut corner and did not replace the wire to the thermostat and the wire was burnt. They need to take the time to do it right, but they get paid by how many units they install, and dont care about call backs because that is not their job. Too many cooks in the kitchen! And I heard they have new ownership which could be part of the problem. Oh and the install guys got tar all over my garden hose. I told the phone people and the supervisor, yet they did nothing to fix it or clean it. I still have tar on my hose! THANKS!

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

Top notch professional.
