Tony was very responsive he was able to fix my issue the same day. He sent photos and explained everything step by step. He also provided information on how to prevent having the same problem again. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use ifixdit again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the method of payment. If I could pay online this would have been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Although everything went great it was a little eerie giving my credit card number over the phone. If you've got septic drain problems call ifixdit. Thumbs up all around!!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! Great service! I was able to schedule an appointment within a day of contacting them. They sent me a picture of the tech that was coming, and called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and was very nice. We talked about the problems that we had, and the options available to fix it. Within an hour, the problem was solved! He explained what they did, and showed me a video of what the lines now look like. He also made sure that I had no questions; and was able to address all of my concerns. Very happy with this visit, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I highly recommend contacting Marc for any plumbing expertise or problem resolution.

My mother was very pleased with the service. The plumber was on time and very professional. My mother is older (75), so it meant a lot to her that after the job was done he actually sat and talked with her. She really appreciated that.

Rob and his team did an entire commercial fit out for me. His team was prompt to respond, on time, and got their work done quickly. I would recommend their service to anyone I know.

Joe and Greg were awesome. Real authenic down to earth guys. Joe answers his calls and fits you in, without making you wait days to hear back like the other plumbers I called. I'm happy to have hit the jackpot on finding him on my first experience with a plumber. They replaced 3 old leaking faucets that used the old school gate valves in to easy ball valves. My go to plumber for sure.

They were both helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and I asked a lot of questions.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly. If you need emergency plumbing work they are definitely the guys to call!Original review: Found them on Home Advisor - the leak was fixed within an hour and a half of contacting them.
