Never received a return call even though so many people raved about this company. Guess they don't need the business.

I called Tony late at night on a Friday because my main sewer line was backing up through the basement drain. He was able to come out Saturday morning to clean the blockage, and fully resolve my issues. He was up front about all costs, what he could and could not do, and was very professional in handling my issue. I will certainly use IFixedit for plumbing issues in the future.Thank you Tony!

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Tyler came out to clear a clog in the soil pipe between two bathrooms. We had had another plumber come out but he was concerned about the condition of the pipes due to the age of our home, and recommended having Zoom Drain come out. Our technician, Tyler, was punctual, professional, wore his mask and gloves due to the pandemic, listened to our concerns and diagnosed the problem very systematically. He was able to clear the pipe, view it to give us an update on the status of the pipe (all good!), and cleaned up the entire workspace prior to leaving. We are very satisfied with the work and the outcome! Would highly recommend.

I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

The plumber came out. He changed the flap on the inside of the toilet. About an hour after he left the toilet began to run over from the top. This was on a Friday. My husband called back to let him know that the toilet was still running over. The person over the phone said that the plumber would be back out on Saturday. she called back hours later and said to the plumber left early due to being sick and would come back on Sunday only he didn't come back until Monday. Not only was he inconsistent about returning to fix the problem he didn't have all his materials when he first Came out he had to run to Home Depot to get more supplies. When he left that Monday or should I say after he left the toilet did to the same it was still running after about an hour. We took a loss and had to call another plumber. I will never do business with Affordable plumbing again.

Julio and his crew were as professional as they come. Rarely do you feel as though plumbing services are giving you 100% genuine effort, and that’s what I felt here. From the price to the effort these guys were the best. I won’t ever call anyOne else again. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing services needed. A+ service!!

McClain Bros. was performing work on my neighbor's home. During this process, they drove their truck onto the sidewalk and destroyed our brick and mortar flower bed/planter in front of our home. Three of our neighbors independently witnessed this, took photos, license plate, etc. McClain denies they did it and refuses to repair the damage or take responsibility. Further, their employees were extremely rude during my follow up interactions (with one exception). I would not recommend working with such an unscrupulous outfit, wish I could give Zero Stars.
