I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I had a 12 year old toilet replaced, they were very friendly and took the old toilet away and installed the new toilet. Very quick and efficient service, I would recommend using this company.

The great news is they gave me some tips over the phone before the scheduled appt, the bad news is I didn't get to meet them because their advice worked and fixed my sink! Very courteous, professional and responsive; I'll be sure to call them for my next issue and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. GWP is great, I was experiencing flooding in my basement after heavy rain. They came and pumped out the water and installed a French drain system for a reasonable price. Very clean cut and professional. Guys were on time .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are scam artists that think they can overcharge when people are in a bind.I purchased a home that had a Bradford White 50 Gallon - 40,000 BTU TTW Power Vent Energy Saver Residential Water Heater installed on 4-23-19 by McLoughlin. At the time of writing, the unit is a little over 3 years old and is still covered under Bradford White's 6 year warranty.I have a Floodstop installed that automatically shut the valve when it sensed water in the pan and contacted McLoughin yesterday to have the tank replaced. I did tell them it wasn't emergent for them to come out last night, and they could come out in the morning. I sent them photos of the unit so they had the model number & serial number for the warranty claim. They finally got back to me at noon today and said they could come out after 3PM today and replace the tank for $1,445. My mother-in-law just had the same situation with a Bradford White water heater a month ago and paid ~$800. I called my regular plumber and he said he could do it for ~$500 to $600 plus ~$100 to get the 6yr warranty back in effect for the new tank . I called McLoughin back and told them their price was too high and they offer to knock $150 off the cost. They're pricing was still SKY high, so I told them to forget about it -- I could go buy a new hot water heater and have it installed for $1,500. I also would advise against Bradford White's, they are not the same quality they used to be. They spend a lot of $$$ on advertising but their product is not the top quality they claim it to be.If you want to be ripped off when you have a heating, cooling, plumbing or hot water emergency, call McLoughin!

Ed Hughes & Sons to the rescue. They replaced my water heater that was leaking. Called this morning and everything was finished in the afternoon. I've been using Hughes for years and they haven't disappointed me.

We called in the morning to see if somebody could help us install a new garbage disposal and by mid afternoon Bob Clark was at our home and a few hours later we were up and running. Prior to this we did not have a garbage disposal so Bob had to reconfigure the pipes under the sink. When done he tested it 3 times and left our home spotless. Great job Bob Clark!!

What a wonderful experience. a trustworthy plumber that takes delight in his work. He quickly came out and did a great job after I called about replacing my water heater. Fair cost and outstanding service. I would strongly suggest.
