When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

You also get a comedy show, and honesty!

They had me write them emails and then called me to say we wish you wouldn't leave a not-good review. Well, I wish you didn't charge $500/drain then tell me that's just the way it is. PLEASE-AVOID THIS COMPANY. Learn from my mistakesThe guy was nice and came on time… but how on earth is the industry standard $500 per drain? My upstairs sink and tub were draining slowly. That costs a thousand to repair? They throw in some bells and whistles for discounts but $880 is robbery. I want an investigative journalist to uncover how many Ferraris the owner of Roto router has in his garage. Will not use them again

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. My experience with the supervisor who called to check on me and the dispatcher who took my emergency call were also wonderful. I’m grateful for their prompt help. Thank you so much!

They where great, I was in a jam, needed help they were so quick and fast came out right away.. Would recommend to anyone, and i know i will call them again if i ever need any service in the future

Michelle was very informative on helping me with my problem. I sent her pictures and the next morning she got someone to come check out my drain. It was less than 10 mins and my problem was solved. I’m very happy and the guys were very nice and informative. Definitely would call them agian on future problem.

We had an AMAZING experience with Szollose Inc.The team arrived on time, were very friendly, professional, on time, communicative & efficient!The team even cleaned up after the repairs. We’ve had not so great experiences with handymen before, but this team is awesome.10/10!

I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

BEWARE. Do not do business with this guy do business with this guy at all costs. He decided to divert my back gutters on my property for water that actually entered from the other side if the property. He dug a trench to run that water away.He then decided to tie the downspout from the back if the house and wrap it around the side of the house and tie into the front downspout.He was never authorized to do this work and when I spoke to him. Jared said he would fix i . He then proceeded to threaten my wife with law suits and mechanical leans on the home. Also said he fell from the ladder and was injured.Last I heard plumbers dont install gutters. He performed unauthorized work without talking to me the homeowner and then threatened my wife.Be warned bad practice.

Very reliable, affordable and great customer service!

I had a really good experience with American DrainZ. The initial consultation for the work was very through and informative. The price quoted was a great value for the work needed. On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Once he arrived his approach to the work was very methodical and he answered all my questions regarding what he was doing. The work done was very professional. I would recommend American DrainZ for your plumbing needs.
